Registration & Check-In

Okay, you've got a rally team. Now what?

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN

Register for an event: MotorsportReg.com

Only one team member completes the online registration, usually the one who will be paying the entry fee. Provide the name and contact information for your team’s driver and navigator, as well as the year, make and model of your team’s vehicle. Select which class you will be competing in: Novice (beginner), SOP (Seat of Pants), GPS or Unlimited.

Registration closes midnight Wednesday before a Saturday rally.

Check-in

After completing registration, you will receive an email on Thursday, notifying you of your assigned car number and providing further instructions to complete the pre-rally check-in steps:

• Register your car number in the Competitor Richta GPS Checkpoints app.

• E-sign the SpeedWaiver (all occupants of the vehicle must sign).

• Review and confirm your team’s registration data.

On Friday you will receive the rallymaster’s notes and the route instructions for the road rally. You’ll need to print them.

Get ready to rally

Study the rallymaster’s notes and the route instructions. Email any event-related questions to the Geargrinders Chair at rally@cascadesportscarclub.org by 5 p.m. Friday. Questions and the Geargrinders Chair’s response will be shared with all entrants before the rally starts.

If you are new to Cascade’s TSD road rally program, you will want to review the Road Rally Rules (RRR) before the rally. Any game is more fun if you are familiar with the rules. Use the rules to interpret the route instructions and follow the rally route.
